The word ‘YOGA’ has been used since ancient time. References of this word are found in Veda’s, upnishidhas, Geeta & other Hindu religious books. From self realization meditation in our daily routine the word ‘YOGA’ is used widely. Meaning of this word ‘Yoga’ is divine connection with almighty God.

In upnishidhas 4 types of yoga is given:

1.Mantra yoga
2.Lay yoga
3.Hat yoga
4.Rajyoga.

In mantra yoga one has to recites the mantra for 12 years. In Lay yoga while doing daily routine work one has to pray for God. In Hat yoga with help at mudras, Asan’s, Pranayam one has to clean & purify the body & concentrate the mind. In Rajyoga by concentrating the mind active the self-realization & to know the invisible vital power.

Here we are dealing with Hat yoga in which Regular practice of Asan's, Pranayam & other physical mudra’s We can develop the latent animation power of the body, new cells of the body, muscular power of the body, & increase the blood circulation of the body which improves the health of the internal organs of the body, glands, systems& immunity So we can prevent the disease & live a healthy life.
